This coffee is a blend made up of of three cooperatives. The Iyenga, Mwalyego and Kimuli Coops, three award-winning cooperatives from Tanzania's Mbeya and Mbinga regions, contributed coffee to this lot. Like Kenya, Tanzania sells their coffee through auction which incentivizes farmers and coops to produce the best coffee possible. Through these auctions farmers can enter competitions and earn even more money if they score high. The coops in this coffee have won first place and other positions but never leaving the top ten. If you want to try some of the best coffee to come out of Tanzania this is the one for you.
