This blend is the culmination of months of hard work. I am so proud to have it available for you to try! This coffee is a nice medium roast that isn't too bitter or too simple. It's a well-rounded coffee that will leave you satisfied. This blend is made up of a washed Guatemala and a natural process Uganda. I went for this combination because I wanted to have a nutty and chocolatey coffee but with a hint of fruit and sweetness. Guatemala is my favorite region to get coffee from and is the country I was able to see my first coffee farm at. Guatemala consistently has some of the most amazing coffee you can buy. Uganda is still relatively new to producing specialty coffee but is making great progress. Uganda has a long history of growing robusta but isn't widely known like other African nations. I thought this coffee would be a great addition since it isn't the typical natural process coffee or from a region you would normally get coffee from, helping to make a unique blend. I hope you enjoy this coffee as much as I do!
