The Honduran comes from the COMSA Marcala co-op. This coffee really shines above regular Honduras coffees because instead it is a natural process rather than washed. This is an unusual process to find in a Honduran coffee and makes it quite unique. This coffee doesn't taste anything like a Honduran I've ever had. Watermelon is the flavor that stands out the most to me. You do get some other flavors such as strawberry, brown sugar, and chocolate. It is a smooth coffee without much of the earthiness you normally find in natural coffees. This is a fun coffee to try if you want to branch out of your comfort zone.
This coffee is certified Fair Trade and Organic.
