This coffee came from the Yirgacheffe subregion of Gedeo. It was processed at the Dumerso mill, which has about 700 farmers from all over the region to process their coffee. They are sorted, sorted, sorted until they have achieved Grade 1 status, which is becoming more common but still rare for a natural coffee from Ethiopia. The result of all this care is that you have a flawlessly clean tasting coffee with sweet fruity tastes and aroma.
If you like natural Ethiopian's this is a great option. If you want to try something new, this is also a great option! You will get the typical blueberry notes from a natural Ethiopian as well as caramel and some lemon zest.
