In 2012 the Pacas Family purchased, Finca La Providencia and have been harvesting amazing coffee ever since. The farm is managed by Ms. Yanira Mendoza. Mendoza learned all about coffee from her father, Carlos, and both of them cropped this coffee. This coffee is a great option for someone who enjoys a more fruit forward cup but isn't interested in the bright light roast coffee often associated with notes of fruit. If you normally go for coffee with more chocolate flavor and want to try something new this would be a great start.
