I'm going to start out blunt. This coffee is AMAZING. It tastes nothing like a decaf normally would! This coffee was decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process which uses only water to decaffeinate the coffee. This helps retain much of the original flavor associated with the bean and it doesn't have any of the harsh chemicals associated with traditional decaf coffee. This coffee comes from the Bebes Washing Station in the Eastern Highlands of PNG. Much of the good coffee from PNG comes from this area as well. Sero Bebes is the owner of the washing station and he grows much of the coffee that comes from here sometimes buying coffee from the farmers around him as well. This coffee is on the fruity side but has a nice buttery mouthfeel. I think its an amazing choice if you can't have caffeine or want a decaf option at home.
